A quick guide to getting the most out of Budget Tracker.

Set Up Your Profile

When you first launch the app, go through the seamless onboarding process. You can choose to sign in with Google right away to ensure your data can be synced, or continue locally. Set your preferred currency in the Settings menu (INR, USD, EUR, GBP, JPY).

Add Your First Transaction

Tap the big '+' button on the Dashboard. Select whether it's Income or an Expense. Choose a category (like Food, Transport, Salary), enter the amount, and optionally add a note or change the date. Tap save to record it.

Review Your Analytics

Navigate to the Analytics screen to see beautiful charts breaking down your spending habits. You can filter these views by custom dates to see exactly where your money goes each month.

Unlock Pro Features

Head to Settings to unlock the Pro Badge. As a Pro user, you get an ad-free experience, CSV Export for external accounting, and secure Firebase Cloud Backup to ensure you never lose your data. You can unlock this via a one-time purchase or by watching a short rewarded ad.
