By downloading or using the Budget Tracker app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

1. Use of the App

Budget Tracker is designed to help you track your personal finances, including income and expenses. We provide tools for visualization and categorization. However, the app is not a replacement for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you input.
• You agree not to use the app in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

2. Pro Status and Subscriptions

Certain advanced features (such as Cloud Backup, CSV Export, and an Ad-Free experience) are restricted to "Pro" users.

• In-App Purchases: You may purchase Pro status via a one-time payment processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store your credit card information.
• Rewarded Ads: Alternatively, users may temporarily unlock Pro features by watching rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

3. Data and Synchronization

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device.

• We strongly recommend that Pro users enable Cloud Sync to back up their data to our Firebase servers.
• FitCoder is not liable for any data loss that occurs if you uninstall the app or lose your device without having backed up your data.

4. Third-Party Services

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FitCoder makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, or materials included in it. You expressly agree that your use of the app is at your sole risk.

6. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
